Summary:
In the Nest of Time, Vegeta complains about having to flee from Majin Ozotto, though Chronoa counters that she had no choice as they were still injured from the battles during the Super Space-Time Tournament. As the group discusses Ozoto, they believe that after absorbing each individual, he gains their unique powers and now plans to absorb the Gods, which is why he absorbed Piccolo to gain his knowledge as well. Another clone about the sacred world, Kai of Ozotto, along with Shin and Kibit, who have since been absorbed by it, approach the old Kai so that he can additionally gain his powers. After explaining to Old Kai that he split up and sent his various clones into different time-spaces to find and absorb different beings in an attempt to grow stronger, Ozotto transforms into Baby Vegeta. Just then, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta appear in their Super Saiyan 4 state and, believing it to be the real child in front of them, demand that it give up and surrender. Because they weren't able to absorb Goku and Vegeta from before. , Ozotto decides to make them his new target. Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta power up the Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker and attack Ozotto, putting him on the defensive with their combined powers. To the surprise of the Time Patrollers, Ozotto reverts to his original appearance and introduces himself. Ozotto clones resembling Shin and Kibit join the other Ozotto's side and transform into Frieza and Cell, who then attack the Saiyans while the other Ozotto turns his attention back to Old Kai, but soon Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta overpower and defeat the Ozotto clones.
Meanwhile, Goku, Vegeta, Xeno Trunks, and Chronoa travel to New Namek to track down Ozotto, only to find that all the Namekians have been eaten as well. They find Ozott just as he plans to eat the life force of the entire planet. Now back to full power Goku transforms into Ultra Instinct Sign, Vegeta into Super Saiyan Blue and Xeno Trunks into Super Saiyan God.
On both the Sacred World of Kai and New Namek, Ozotto explains that he has separate bodies scattered throughout the universes and hunts down powerful individuals to absorb, thus his power is divided among them all. For the interim, Ozotto offers to gather all of his clones so he can gain full power and invites both groups to the Ozotto Mansion, his current home. Ozotto gives each party a card so they can take advantage of his offer and have a chance to save their friends.
