Summary:
As Aeos and Chronoa watch the current battle involving Demigra and the Saiyans, Aeos states that even if the Dark King were defeated today, the increasing amount of spacetime could cause an even greater threat to arise. He asks Chronoa if she is willing to continue being God without changing her belief that spacetime should be eradicated. Chronoa says that if such a time comes again, it opens up the possibility that even greater hope should emerge, so she puts her faith in them again.
The trio of Saiyans decided to go all out as Goku transformed into Perfected Ultra Instinct, Future Warrior in Black into Super Saiyan 2 and Warrior in Black into Super Saiyan 4 as their blasts combined into one powerful attack. The explosion obliterates Demigra, who in his final moments is stunned at how he could have lost despite being the Dark King with the power of time. After defeating the latest threat, Aeos and Chronoa use the box containing the Time Scrolls to restore everything to the way it once was, bringing the Nest of Time back to its original state and healing Goku and the others from their injuries.
Chronoa thanks the trio and explains that the enemies summoned by Demigra were also returned to their respective timespaces. At that moment, the Mysterious Wizard appears, saying that the Super-Space Time Tournament will now continue with its original participants, who joined freely in the beginning at Goku's request to Aeos.
On a separate battlefield, Goku and Xeno Goku prepare to continue their unfinished fight from earlier as promised. Deciding to go for it from the start, Xeno Goku transforms into Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker and Goku into Ultra Instinct Sign at the start of their epic clash. Xeno Goku fires a Kamehameha which Goku quickly dodges, but appearing behind his opponent proves to be his undoing as Xeno Goku uses his tail to grab his counterpart's leg. Xeno Goku throws a punch, and although Goku appears to block and set up a successful token, he is still caught and expresses his surprise at the ape power Xeno Goku has mastered.
Meanwhile, a number of other battles take place at various locations as Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta takes on Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker Xeno Vegeta in a close fight where neither Final Flash technique gains ground. Piccolo takes on Pikkon, Jiren and Hit take on Hearts and Super Saiyan 3 Cumber, Grandpa Gohan takes on Master Roshi, Chi-Chi takes on Annan, and finally Krillin takes on Tien Shinhan.
After all the other battles reach their conclusion, there is only one left as Goku and Xeno Goku each release a Kamehameha, neither of them seeming to have an advantage against the other. When they both reach their limit, Xeno Goku uses the last bit of his energy to charge up and prepares a powerful punch. However, at the last second, Goku transforms into Perfected Ultra Instinct, narrowly avoiding being hit, and in return lands a solid punch to Xeno Goku's face, causing him to fall and concede defeat. Goku claims victory just before collapsing from exhaustion.
After the tournament ends, Aeos sets off to explore various other time-spaces to find out for herself if there should only be one true space-time, or if it's possible for multiple ones to exist side by side. He decides to entrust the cause to Chronoe once more, but tells her that if he finds out that her beliefs are wrong, he will return. The two then shake hands as they patch things up, at least for now.
Nearby, Yamcha is looking forward to the prospect of marrying Otter. Unfortunately, Yamcha again proves to be unlucky in love when Vidro tells him that they will marry in 1200 years, as such a requirement is necessary for members of her Glass Tribe. She asks Yamcha to wait for her while she joins Aeos on her journey and flies off, leaving a shocked and disappointed Yamcha behind.
The fighters then prepare to return home to their original timespaces.
