Chronoa, Goku and Xeno Goku with their Ki combined with the Supreme Kai of Time face Fu. She attacks with a combo Kamehameha that breaks all of Fu's barriers and forces him to block it himself. Despite Fu stating that the attack was dangerous, Xeno Goku notes that even with this immense power, he and his alternate self are still unable to defeat the Dark King. Chronoa notes how much power and evil energy Fu has, to which he replies that it doesn't matter if the power he possesses is evil. Trying to find out how the Pseudo-Universe he helped create came to be, Fu declares that he plans to rebuild Universe 7 for the gods, wondering how he will grow up and end up like. He asks if the others are excited, but Goku notes that rebuilding the universe would mean destroying it first, and that Fu's plans aren't the reason to want that.
Fu simply says that since he has no other choice, those who get in his way must be destroyed. As Goku and Xeno Goku recover, Fu begins to absorb power from the Universe Tree and to some extent from the universe itself. Gokus and Chronoa notice this and Fu swings his wing to send a tendril at Chronoa, with Xeno Goku quickly intervening by taking the blow himself. Vowing to not miss Chronoa a second time, Fu attacks again, but this time for Goku to grab the tendril and rip it off. The energy begins to overwhelm him at first, but just like Vegeta's evil energy, Goku is able to use it for his own by also harnessing the power of the Space Tree in a manner similar to gathering energy for the Spirit Bomb to gain a new form: Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Power of the Space tree).
Realizing that Goku was also able to control the power of the Space Tree, Fu says that he has had enough and that both Goku and the universe will be completely destroyed. The two engage in an epic battle that culminates in a powerful beam fight that ends with Goku managing to push his Kamehameha. Fu finds it impossible that the universe has so much potential, and as these are seemingly his last words, he is defeated with a smile on his face.
Goku, exhausted from fighting Fu, reverts back to his Base form. Xeno Goku notices that Fu has been defeated and a rift opens, releasing Vegeta, Xeno Vegeta, and Tokitoki. Hearts ask Goku if he beat him and Goku says he thinks so. In return, he asks about Broly, and Hearts replies that Broly has disappeared. Chronoa also notices that the Space Tree has used up all of its power and has Tokitoki lend her his power to restore Universe 7. She does so and everything begins to be enveloped in a flash of white light.
Meanwhile, the Warrior in Black encounters a mysterious woman with blue hair and pale blue skin and declares that the Pseudoverse has been destroyed. She asks if he was able to save her son and he says without a word that he did. The woman then declares that her time has come and turns to reveal the Warrior in Black to be with three others like him.
